Landscape Design-Build Consulting

Each plant is chosen for beauty, hardiness and resistance to pests and disease. We match the plants to the landscape site conditions, so they will thrive and not just survive.

Aspen Leaf Landscaping's designers and certified installers bring years of expertise and experience to every design-build project, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the results.
Our Design-Build Process
1. Onsite Consultation
During the site consultation we will discuss in detail how you want to use your outdoor space. If it is determined a comprehensive design is needed, a design fee will be assessed for the specific area(s) of interest. Design fees are based on the size of your project and the amount of detail required for the design development.
2. Planning & Design
We begin by measuring the site and taking digital photographs. We then move to the drafting board, where a comprehensive, full color plan will be developed to scale, including existing features. Our team uses their years of design experience to put your vision on paper, as discussed during the site consultation.
3. Design Proposal Review
Once the design is complete, we will present the design and receive feedback, making any changes necessary. A contract will be included that proposes the
installation cost of your project.
4. Installation
Your project is assigned to one of our installation crews. An English speaking project manager is available at all times, either in person or via cell phone, to answer any questions about the install process. A schedule and timeline will be provided for the installation process. Aspen Leaf completes over 90% of our projects on time and on budget.
5. Your Impressions & Feedback
Once your new landscape is completely installed, you will meet with your designer and project manager to do a walkthrough of the project. We guarantee all of our work. Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year, perennials for ninety days and annuals for thirty days (one time replacement). During the review of your project, you will be given complete plant care instructions, as well as the opportunity to sign up for a complete maintenance package.
