10 Things to Ask When Selecting A Landscaper

1. Is the landscaper experienced, insured, and licensed?

Aspen Leaf Landscaping has over 15 years of experience. We are insured and licensed to design and build in the Denver-Metro and Vail-Beaver Creek areas.

2. Does the builder offer competitive bidding?

Aspen Leaf offers bidding consistent with our level of craftsmanship and quality.  

3. Does the landscaper use top quality plants, sprinklers and building materials? 

While many landscapers will cut corners to boost profit, Aspen Leaf only recommends and installs premium quality plants, sprinkler systems, grills and hardscape materials. 

4. Is the landscaper friendly and flexible?

Aspen Leaf has been built on its reputation of caring well for its customers. We are our customers’ advocates – every detail of the project is handled to their advantage.

5. Does the landscaper offer a schedule of completion for your project? 

Aspen Leaf is committed to keeping to a schedule provided in the planning phase of the project.  

6. Does the landscaper handle change requests?

Aspen Leaf is happy to accommodate changes that may arise within a project. We have a formalized change-order process to handle any changes. 

7. Does the landscaper have a dispute resolution policy?

If a disagreement arises that cannot be satisfactorily resolved between the property owner and Aspen Leaf Landscaping, we offer arbitration resolution. 

8. Does the landscaper define a payment process?

Aspen Leaf offers a scheduled payment process that is timely with the work that is being completed.

9. Does the landscaper provide English-speaking staff on your project?

An English-speaking project manager is always available on-site or immediately via cell phone.  

10. Does the landscaper have references and a guarantee?

Aspen Leaf offers a one-year parts and labor guarantee, with free winterization for the first year on new irrigation installs. We have many references, which are available upon request.
